The cruel irony of photographing the epic Battle of the Burger event last month for Time Out New York is that I had recently stopped eating beef. Ahhhhhh! Fortunately it was still easy to enjoy the hot summer evening with tons of entertainment from the upbeat jams by the band Go Go Gadjet, to the giant ass game of Jenga, to the bottomless supply of beer and water (did I mention it was hot?).
