With all due respect to The Little Mermaid's Sebastian, I think being up high can be pretty cool too, especially up on the PHD rooftop lounge (aka the Penthouse at Dream Downtown) during Time Out's summertime event series. This was the second of Time Out New York's events I've photographed and the thing I love about them is how much fun they are. Maybe that seems like an obvious thing to expect at a party, but so often New York events are more about looking cool instead of having fun and this party in particular made that clear to me.
