I thought I knew what a Holi festival was like, having photographed NYC Bhangra's Holi Hai a week ago, but boy oh boy is the Festival of Colors: Holi NYC a different beast. The colors were the same, as was the goal to celebrate spring's arrival and friendship and all that good stuff, but Brooklyn obviously needs more beer/medication/club hits to celebrate properly. I still saw some Indians having a good time though so it was all legit.
