It took two weeks of waiting to get into the surprisingly exclusive Meow Parlour that is perhaps better known as NYC's first cat cafe. It's a simple deal, you put down $8 per half hour for the opportunity to share a small Soho storefront with a curious clowder of cats. They seemed to enjoy silently judging me, but my girlfriend is a cat whisperer and kept us knee deep in pussy cats. Fun times were had, and the best part is that all the kitties are up for adoption.
