I'm not sure what it is about wine but it seems to get tastier and tastier the older I get. I still can't drink very much because I'm a total lightweight, but that didn't stop me from geeking out at a recent wine tasting series I photographed for the International Event & Exhibition Management team. For each event, a select few are allowed into a special room at Chelsea's Del Posto restaurant to taste lots of wine and hear from representatives from each of the wineries.

Sadly I didn't get to sip anything (it's tough being a photographer sometimes!) but it was exciting to hear the passion and pride in the winery reps' voices as they described the soil and conditions that have come together over many years (and in some cases, generations) to produce these wines.
